What you need:

+ 1 - 2 c. red seedless watermelon chunks
+ 1 Tbsp. honey
+ 1 Tbsp. fresh mint leaves
+ 1 c. lemon yogurt
+ dash ground cinnamon
What to do:
1. Puree the watermelon, honey and mint quickly -- do not over blend.
2. Pulse in the yogurt and cinnamon just until smooth.
