* 4 c. savory syrup (see below)
* 1 lb. riced potato
* 1 Tbsp. toasted ground coriander
Combine ingredients and mix according to sorbet machine instructions.
* Savory syrup: Combine 4 c. maple syrup, 3 whole bay leaves and 1 tsp. ground thyme.
