Raisin-Apricot Glazed Ham

What you need:

* 8 lb. fully-cooked boneless ham
* 1 18-oz. jar apricot preserves
* 2 oz. slivered almonds
* 1/2 c. raisins
* 2 Tbsp. lemon juice

What to do:

1. For glaze, in a small bowl stir together well preserves, almonds, raisins and lemon juice.
2. Place ham in a shallow roasting pan. Bake in a 325°F oven for 2 hours (allow 15 minutes per pound) or until thermometer registers 140°F. Spoon glaze over ham once or twice during the last 30 minutes of cooking time. Slice thinly to serve.
