* 1 lb. top round steak cutlet, cut into 1/2" strips
* 1 Tbsp. oil
* 2/3 c. beef broth
* 1 can mushrooms
* 1 c. sour cream (non-fat is optional)
* 1 pkg. onion soup mix
* 2 Tbsp. flour
* noodles (cooked by package instructions)
1. Brown round steak strips in oil in skillet.
2. Add remaining ingredients, except noodles and sour cream. Let simmer, covered, for 30 min. or until beef is fork tender.
3. Prepare noodles.
4. Stir in the sour cream to the beef mixture right before serving. Serve stroganoff over warm noodles.
