Mixed Berry Cheese Spread

What you need:

* 1 cup EACH blueberries and chopped strawberries
* 1/2 cup raspberries, cut in half
* 1/2 cup EACH chopped green and red bell peppers
* 2 green onions, chopped
* 1/2 fresh jalapeņo pepper, seeded, finely chopped
* Zest and juice of 1 lime
* 2 Tbsp. EACH chopped fresh cilantro and honey
* 1 pkg. (8 oz.) brick cream cheese, softened
* WHEAT THINS Original Snacks

What to do:

1. Combine all ingredients except cream cheese and WHEAT THINS in large bowl.
2. Refrigerate 10 min.
3. Place cream cheese on serving plate; top with berry mixture.
4. Serve with WHEAT THINS.

Variation:
Instead of spooning the berry mixture over the brick of cream cheese, spread the softened cream cheese onto the bottom of a pie plate before topping with the berry mixture.
