Chile IdahoŽ Potatoes

Prep Time: 10 Min. Cook Time: 30 Min. What you need:

+ 4 large IdahoŽ potatoes, peeled, washed and sliced thinly
+ 1 Tbsp. tomato paste + 2 Tbsp. garlic puree + 1 Tbsp. chipotle in adobo puree + 1 Tbsp. smoked paprika + 1 c. whole milk + 1 c. heavy cream + 1 c. cheddar cheese + salt and black pepper to taste What to do:
1. Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste.
