Mexican Rice (Gluten-Free)

+ 1/2 c. chopped onion
+ 1 clove garlic + 2 Tbsp. oil + 1 c. uncooked white rice + 2 c. beef broth + 1 tsp. chili powder + 1 tsp. cumin + 1/4 c. tomato sauce What to do:
1. Sauté onion and garlic in oil briefly in medium saucepan.
2. Add rice and sauté lightly. 3. Stir in broth, chili powder, cumin, and tomato sauce. Bring to a rapid boil. 4.
