Honeyed Soynuts

What you need:

+ 1/4 c. honey
+ 2 Tbsp. butter
+ 2 c. soynuts (homemade or store-bought)
+ 1 c. turbinado sugar
What to do:
1. Combine honey and butter, bring to a boil. Add soynuts. Reduce heat to low and cook 2 min. Spread mixture on a baking sheet; cool.
2. Break into chunks; toss with turbinado sugar to coat each chunk. Let dry completely before placing in airtight container.

Note: Serving size is 1/4 c.
