What you need:

+ 2 Tbsp. chili powder
+ 2 Tbsp. packed brown sugar
+ 1 Tbsp. ground cumin
+ 2 tsp. minced garlic
+ 2 tsp. cider vinegar
+ 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
+ 1/4 tsp. ground red pepper
What to do:
1. Simply combine the ingredients and apply evenly to all sides. Cook beef to desired doneness.

* Cooks Tips: Rubs can be applied just before cooking or up to 2 hrs. in advance. Just refrigerate treated beef until cooking time.
