                    + 1 medium banana 
                    + 1/2 c. blueberries + 1/2 c. strawberries + 1/2 c. green tea, cooled + 1/2 c. cranberry juice + 4 ice cubes + 2 Tbsp. canola oil What to do: 
                    1. In a blender, add banana, blueberries, strawberries, green tea, cranberry juice, ice cubes and canola oil. 
                    
                    
                    2. Blend until combined. Serve immediately. Tip: Use fresh or frozen fruit.
