Apple Cinnamon Oatmeal with an Egg Boost

What you need:

+ 1 egg
+ 1/3 c. milk
+ 1 pkg. (1.23 oz.) apples & cinnamon instant oatmeal
+ 1/4 c. vanilla yogurt
What to do:
1. Beat egg and milk in 2-cup microwave-safe bowl until blended. Stir in oatmeal.
2. Microwave on High until liquid is absorbed and egg is set, 1-1/2 to 2 min.; stir. Top with yogurt.

ENJOY- Garnish with chopped apples.
